For several months now, we have been collaborating with composer Clara Olivares on her overall communication: website, newsletter, and social media. For her website, it involved extensive indexing work: the goal was to build a catalogue that is simple to browse, where visitors can quickly find what they are looking for using filters by instrumentation, ensemble, and keywords. Every month, we schedule a call with Clara to review her current news and what can be shared across her different platforms. We then prepare a posting calendar and write the monthly newsletter with her. We do this kind of ongoing work with several musicians, and it is a part of our job we really value: long-term support, and a helping hand for artists who do not always have the time or headspace to manage their online presence.
